Puppy Kid boot is a certified protective footwear system (CE EN 13634:2017 + IPS) developed for young riders, designed to provide an optimal ratio between mechanical resistance and lightness. The upper is constructed from cut- and abrasion- resistant synthetic materials, integrating an elastomeric heel guard designed for shock absorption. Passive safety is ensured by differentiated structure TPU inserts positioned on the shin, ankle, and gear-shift zones, while the inner side features a suede panel for protection against exhaust heat. The closure system is simplified for junior use via two micrometric adjustment buckles and a gaiter made of flexible technical microfiber. The dual-density rubber sole is assembled using a bonded construction to ensure high wear resistance. The key innovation lies in the removable dual-size footbed (available for sizes 28, 30, and 32): this system allows the internal volume of the boot to be adjusted as the foot grows—for instance, enabling a size 28 to accommodate a size 27 fit by swapping the insole— thereby extending the product's lifespan during growth phases.
